We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on, detail-oriented Project Manager to lead software delivery projects from initiation to release. You’ll act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams — ensuring delivery excellence, clear communication, and a healthy team rhythm. You’ll also take part in translating business needs into clear project requirements, ensuring alignment between client goals and technical delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience (e.g. 3+ years) managing projects (software / tech projects preferred)
- Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience in business analysis or requirements definition (writing user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, etc.)
- Comfortable working in agile, hybrid, or iterative environments
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, resources, and change
- Proactive attitude, flexibility, and resilience under pressure
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience working with international clients
It is great if you have (some of the) following:
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello, etc.)
- Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master) are a plus
- Technical background or understanding of software development lifecycle
- Experience in remote or distributed team environments

What do we expect from you?
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans (timeline, resource allocation, budget) and monitor progress
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams (e.g. development, QA, design, operations)
- Manage client communication, expectations, and stakeholder engagement
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, propose corrective measures
- Track and report on project metrics, deliver regular status updates
- Facilitate meetings (kickoffs, status reviews, retrospectives)
- Ensure project documentation is complete and up-to-date
- Balance priorities across multiple projects and clients
- Contribute to scoping and proposal preparation with business and technical leads
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements in collaboration with clients and internal teams
- Work with product and technical leads to shape solution approaches and ensure feasibility
- Promote continuous improvement, adopt best practices and lessons learned
