We are looking for a QA Tester who will actively contribute to the quality of our software products. We employ experienced engineers, but also those with less experience who are ready to progress and learn. Whether you bring one or several years of testing experience . Qualifications & Experience
- At least 1 year of professional experience in software testing (3+ years preferred for a more senior level)
- Understanding of QA processes – knowledge of testing phases, strategies, and methodologies (regression, smoke, acceptance, exploratory testing)
- Experience executing manual functional tests based on defined test scenarios
- Experience working with bug tracking tools (Jira, TestRail, Trello, or similar)
- Understanding of web and mobile applications – how browsers, APIs, databases, and application layers communicate
- Knowledge of databases (SQL) – writing queries for data verification
- Experience in API testing – working with tools such as Bruno API, Postman, or SoapUI for testing REST and GraphQL services
- To support our clients and team effectively, candidates must be based in the Croatian-speaking area
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
It is great if you have (some of the) following:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- Experience writing e2e and automation tests using tools such as Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, or Appium
- Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins)
- Basic understanding of programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript) for writing test scripts
- Experience with load and performance testing
- Basic knowledge of security testing – understanding security vulnerabilities and verifying security aspects of applications
- Ability to independently define test plans and testing strategies for new functionalities

What do we expect from you?
- Perform functional testing of applications based on test scenarios
- Plan test strategies and test cases, ensuring all parts of the application are covered by tests
- Report and track bug statuses using bug tracking tools
- Conduct API testing using Bruno API and other tools
- Write and maintain e2e tests in Cypress for automated testing of key functionalities
- Ensure software stability before production releases – lead regression testing efforts
- Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring tests are part of the development process
- Collaborate closely with the development team, PMs, and stakeholders, actively participating in improving software quality
- Ensure timely detection and reporting of all bugs, making sure the client receives an application free of critical issues
