Qualifications & Experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience developing React applications in production
- Proficient in core web technologies: HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/LESS), and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong experience with React (v16+), including component‑based architecture and React Hooks
- Familiarity with state‑management libraries such as Redux, MobX or the Context API
- Experience with React Router (or equivalent) for client‑side routing
- Understanding of RESTful/GraphQL API integration
- Hands‑on with modern front‑end build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm/Yarn scripts)
- Experience writing unit and integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
- Familiarity with Git, SVN, or other version control systems
- To support our clients and team effectively, candidates must be based in the Croatian‑speaking area
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
It is great if you have (some of the) following:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Experience with Next.js or other React frameworks for server‑side rendering
- Familiarity with TypeScript’s advanced patterns (generics, utility types)
- Knowledge of GraphQL clients (Apollo, Relay)
- Basic understanding of backend technologies (Spring Boot or .NET) for full‑stack collaboration
- Exposure to containerization (Docker) and deployment pipelines
- Strong debugging and performance‑tuning skills (Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse)
- A passion for continuous improvement: researching new tools, refining processes, and enhancing code architecture
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

- Work closely with QA and DevOps to ensure robust, production‑ready releases
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends and technologies in front‑end development and share your insights with the team
