We’re looking for a hands-on Artificial Intelligence Specialist who can design, build, and deploy real-world AI solutions that make a measurable impact. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product teams, and domain experts to bring data-driven intelligence into our products and services.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field
- Proven experience (1.5+ years) building and deploying AI / ML models in real-world settings
- Strong programming skills (Python preferred) and familiarity with ML frameworks / libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
- Experience using LLMs or generative AI frameworks
- Knowledge of algorithms, probability, linear algebra, optimization, statistics
- Experience with data engineering / pipeline building and working with large datasets
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML services
- Understanding of model interpretability, ethics, bias mitigation, and safe AI practices
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and debugging skills
- Excellent communication skills — ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment and manage multiple tasks or projects
It is great if you have (some of the) following:
- Experience in specific subfields: NLP, recommendation systems, reinforcement learning
- Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Advanced degree (PhD) or publications in AI / ML are plus
- Experience with API development and system integration
- Understanding of data privacy, bias mitigation, and ethical AI principles
- Experience in MLOps, model serving, monitoring, CI/CD for ML
- Ability to quickly learn and apply AI methods to new domains (e.g. business, IoT, or industry-specific data)

What do we expect from you?
- Lead the research, design and development of AI / ML models and algorithms to address business challenges
- Analyze and preprocess large, complex datasets; perform feature engineering, data cleaning, quality checks
- Train, validate, and optimize models (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, deep learning) to maximize performance
- Deploy AI models into production, integrate with system infrastructure, monitor performance and ensure robustness
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed AI systems into products / services
- Conduct experiments, evaluations, A/B tests, and iterate models based on results
- Communicate insights, model behavior, and technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Document methodologies, architectures, and code to ensure reproducibility and team knowledge sharing
- Stay updated on the latest research, frameworks and tools in AI / ML, and bring innovations into the team
- Embed best practices in ethical AI, fairness, explainability, data privacy, and governance
